REFUND POLICY
This information is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall be deemed authoritative.

ARTICLE 1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The website offers photographic or related services for sale (photo sessions, styling, makeup, and studio hairdressing) as well as personalized products (prints, albums, retouched digital files).

ARTICLE 2. PRICES
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time by publishing them online. Only the prices in effect at the time of the order will apply, subject to product availability on that date. Prices are indicated in euros (excluding and including taxes). Prices include taxes applicable on the day of the order, and any changes in tax rates will automatically be reflected in the product prices in the catalog or online store. If one or more taxes or contributions, including environmental taxes, are created or modified (upward or downward), this change may be reflected in the selling price. The total amount of the order (all taxes included) and any delivery fees are indicated before final confirmation of the order. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering.
Any additional charges (delivery, options, specific retouching) are clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

ARTICLE 3. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
Orders are binding with a payment obligation, meaning that placing an order requires payment from the client. The order is firm once validated and paid.
An invoice is sent electronically.

3.1 PAYMENT
The client makes payment at the final confirmation of the order by providing their credit card number. The client guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use this payment method and acknowledges that the information provided constitutes proof of their consent to the sale and the payment obligation for the order. In case of dispute or fraudulent use of the credit card without physical use (using the card number), any person can contest the transaction within 30 days from the transaction date by sending a claim via email to: contact@ludoviclyne.com.
Any contestation not made according to the above rules and within the deadlines will not be considered and releases the seller from all liability.
The seller has implemented a verification procedure for orders and payment methods to reasonably protect against fraudulent use, including requesting identification data from the client. In case of refusal of card payment authorization by accredited organizations or non-payment, the seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and its delivery. The seller may also refuse an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute exists.

3.2 CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of the client’s purchase validation and payment, the seller sends confirmation of order receipt to the email address provided by the client. The client may request that the invoice be sent to a different address than the delivery address by contacting customer service before delivery. In case a product is unavailable, the seller will inform the client by email as soon as possible to cancel that product and refund its price, while the rest of the order remains firm. The client may always exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date they are informed of product unavailability. ARTICLE 4. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
In accordance with Law No. 2000-230 of March 13, 2000, providing the credit card number online and finalizing the order constitutes proof of the client’s agreement, payment obligation, signature, and express acceptance of all actions performed.

ARTICLE 5. PROOF OF TRANSACTION
Communications, orders, and payments between the client and the seller may be proven using computerized records stored in the seller’s systems under reasonable security conditions. Order forms and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium and are considered proof.

ARTICLE 6. PAYMENT METHODS
All payment methods made available to the client are listed on the seller’s website. The client guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when placing the order.

ARTICLE 7. SERVICE
The client has 12 months from the date of purchase to use the service. For special promotions, the duration is 6 months. Beyond this period, SAS LUDOVIC LYNE reserves the right to refuse scheduling an appointment.

7.1 VOUCHERS
Vouchers purchased on the website are not cumulative. One voucher may be used for one (1), two (2), up to four (4) people, including children.
One (1) voucher = One (1) photo session.

7.2 LIABILITY
SAS LUDOVIC LYNE undertakes to provide a service in accordance with the contract.
Any clause seeking to exclude the professional’s liability entirely is deemed unenforceable.
However, the seller cannot be held responsible in case of misuse of files by the client or in case of force majeure (Article 1218, French Civil Code).

7.3 DELIVERY
Photos ordered by the client are delivered within 30 calendar days, only after full payment has been received. Photos are signed by Studio Ludovic Lyne or by Ludovic Lyne for “Prestige” sessions as indicated on the website www.ludoviclyne.com.
In case of excessive delay, the client may request contract termination in accordance with Articles L216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

ARTICLE 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the client may exercise their right of withdrawal and return for a photo session order within 14 calendar days of the order, only if an appointment has not already been scheduled. Withdrawal must be communicated by email only to: contact@ludoviclyne.com.
For any cancellation or rescheduling, the client must notify SAS LUDOVIC LYNE at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. If less than 48 hours, SAS LUDOVIC LYNE may retain the full amount paid.
Legal exceptions:

Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, if execution started with the client’s express consent and renunciation of their right of withdrawal.

Personalized products (prints, albums, retouched files). No withdrawal possible for ordered photos.
Refunds are also not allowed if the client has already ordered photos as they are considered personalized products.
If exercised, refunds are issued within 14 days.
Any withdrawal or return not made according to the above rules and deadlines will not be considered and releases the seller from all liability.

ARTICLE 12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The seller is based in France in a stable and lasting manner to effectively conduct business, regardless of the legal domicile of the company. These terms are governed by French law, excluding the Vienna Convention.
In case of dispute, the client should first contact the seller to seek an amicable solution. If no amicable agreement is reached:

Consumers may bring proceedings before any competent court.

Professionals may bring proceedings before the court where the seller’s registered office is located.

ARTICLE 13. DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
In case of a dispute regarding interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the consumer client is invited to contact SAS LUDOVIC LYNE to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer may refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator:

If no amicable solution is found, the dispute may be brought before the competent court.
